PRO 300 LEP AC

Gavita Pro 300 LEP AC

PRO 300 LEP AC

Plasma light (Light Emitting Plasma) has a continuous color spectrum, similar to sunlight. It is a constant source of light that never flickers. GAN 300 LEP AC is electronic and has a similar source of light to GAN 270 LEP. The difference is that GAN 300 is actively cooled with air, so that the lamp doesn’t affect the climate in the climate room.

  • Spectrum such as sunlight
  • UV component good for color, compounds and resilience of the crop
  • Active cooling of the fixture

Features & Benefits

Actively cooled

The hot components are placed in a 150-mm tube, which is actively cooled by a fan in the circuit which blows air through the system. The active cooling of the electronics and the emitter in an enclosed system have a minimal effect on the climate in the climate room, making it easier to monitor. The air cooler removes 150W of heat per fixture.

Optimal development and morphogenesis of the plant

Plasma light makes it possible to assess colors under sunlight situations. The broad spectrum, including UVA and UVB, ensures optimal development and morphogenesis of the plant, just like under the sun, so crops can be grown and experiments conducted under daylight conditions all year round. Compared to metal halide lamps, the color stability of the spectrum is very high. The infrared emission is also very low, thereby preventing heat problems.

Extremely reliable

The full-spectrum emitter has an operating life of 30,000 hours. The additional spectrum emitter even has an operating life as high as 50,000 hours. In many cases, you will never have to replace the emitter during the usage period. We offer a 3-year warranty on both the fixture and the emitter, even if they are in constant use. The fixture doesn’t contain any moving parts whatsoever, making it extremely reliable in climate rooms and greenhouses.

Our approach

Together with you we map out your specific requirements and translate them into a tailor-made light calculation. Following delivery, the collaboration is of course continued. In addition to sharing knowledge of new developments in the market and regular contact with our representatives, it is also possible to have light measurements taken or your fixtures tested in our test center.

We will be happy to test the light retention of the lamps and reflection retention of the reflectors in your installation when in use.
