Plasma light (Light Emitting Plasma) has a continuous color spectrum, similar to sunlight. It is a constant source of light that never flickers. It is actually a small spotlight in compact form. Plasma light: the right choice for situations where a high-quality light is necessary and the sunlight needs to be simulated as effectively as possible. Very suitable for breeders, researchers and growers of specialist crops.
- Spectrum such as sunlight
- UV component good for color, compounds and resilience of the crop
- Also suitable as additional spectrum for HPS lamps

Continuous light
A plasma lamp is a constant source of spotlight: just like the sun, it provides continuous light in contrast to other HID lights. As a result, the light source is much closer to a sunlight simulation than an HID lamp. The light source is also so small that it can be regarded as a source of spotlight. The high density of light provides a very good penetration into the crop.
Optimal development and morphogenesis of the plant
Plasma light makes it possible to assess colors under sunlight situations. The broad spectrum, including UVA and UVB, ensures optimal development and morphogenesis of the plant, just like under the sun, so crops can be grown and experiments conducted under daylight conditions all year round. Compared to metal halide lamps, the color stability of the spectrum is very high. The infrared emission is also very low, thereby preventing heat problems.
Operating life of 30,000 hours
The full-spectrum emitter has an operating life of 30,000 hours. The additional spectrum emitter even has an operating life as high as 50,000 hours. In many cases, you will never have to replace the emitter during the usage period. We offer a 3-year warranty on both the fixture and the emitter, even if they are in constant use. The fixture doesn’t contain any moving parts whatsoever, making it extremely reliable in climate rooms and greenhouses.
Balanced amount of UVA and UVB light
Plasma light can also be used to supplement the spectrum of HPS lamps in growing without daylight. An additional (supplemental) spectrum has been specially developed for this application. Both the regular plasma lamp and the supplemental design contain a balanced amount of UVA and UVB light, which hardens the plant and encourages the production of components and color.

Our approach
Together with you we map out your specific requirements and translate them into a tailor-made light calculation. Following delivery, the collaboration is of course continued. In addition to sharing knowledge of new developments in the market and regular contact with our representatives, it is also possible to have light measurements taken or your fixtures tested in our test center.
We will be happy to test the light retention of the lamps and reflection retention of the reflectors in your installation when in use.
